Frequently asked questions.
Clear, direct answers on cost, budgets, results, platforms, ownership and how we work. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
Every project is quoted on its scope, so we do not publish a price list. A business website and a Shopify store have different needs, and so do a five-product store and a five-hundred-product store. Send the enquiry form with what you sell and what you need, and you will have a written, fixed quote within one working day.
Management is a flat monthly fee, quoted for your account. Your advertising budget is separate, paid by you directly to Meta, and agreed with you before any campaign goes live. You always know exactly what goes to Meta and what goes to us.
Enough for Meta to find buyers and for us to learn what works. For most South African ecommerce stores that is from about R250 to R500 a day to start; for a lead-generation campaign it can be as little as R100 a day. We will recommend a figure for your margins in the quote.
We do not promise a number before we have seen your store, your margins and your offer. What we can show you is what we have done for comparable businesses: two online retail stores did R3.3 million in total sales over the last 90 days, up 246% and 550% on the previous 90, with the Meta ads behind them returning 13.7× their spend, and a vehicle salesperson received 78 WhatsApp enquiries in two weeks from R1,409. Results vary, and we tell you quickly if something is not working.
Online stores are usually built on Shopify because it is the most reliable platform for South African ecommerce, with Payfast, Yoco, PayJustNow and Payflex all supported. Business websites are built on whichever platform suits the brief.
Most websites and online stores launch within one to two weeks of receiving your content. The one thing outside our control is payment-gateway approval (Payfast, Yoco, PayJustNow and the like), which can sometimes take longer, so we apply for it on day one.
Yes. We audit the site and tracking first, fix anything that would waste ad spend, then build the campaigns. If the site itself is the problem, we tell you before you spend a rand on ads.
You do. The store, the domain, the Meta ad account and the data are all in your name. We work inside them as a partner; if we ever part ways, everything stays with you.
Yes. Welcome flows, abandoned-checkout recovery sequences with personalised discount codes, and campaign emails. For stores we usually set this up alongside the ads because it recovers sales the ads already paid for.
Yes. We are based in Pretoria and work with clients across South Africa remotely. Most of the work happens over WhatsApp, email and short calls.
Our clients prefer their agency relationships kept private, so we do not publish a public portfolio or name clients. On a call we will walk you through live stores, campaigns and results in your industry.
Websites are once-off projects with an agreed scope. Meta Ads management runs month to month after the first month, with notice to cancel. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into it.
